Bristly Ridge is an excellent grade 1 scramble, leading from Bwlch Tryfan to the summit plateau of Glyder Fach. It's an obvious continuation after the North Ridge of Tryfan but a great route in it's own right. It has some very steep sections with more sustained scrambling than found on other grade 1 routes.
